We cook whole strawberries in pure cane sugar - the ultimate treat from Grandma! Create strawberry shortcake, top pancakes, serve with vanilla ice cream...or use in any other dish requiring a home-made strawberries-in-sugar sauce. People who try our strawberry preserves say they love it on rolls, toast and sandwiches, too.
RED RASPBERRY PRESERVES
Everyone tells us our raspberry preserves taste just like a freshly made raspberry pie, eating it straight out of the jar! We think it’s because we use a minimum amount of sugar to let the natural flavor of the raspberries come through. So tasty and fulfilling in yogurt or oatmeal, or on morning toast and croissants. Pour over waffles or pancakes, or spread on scones or bagels.
Blueberries are picked at the peak of ripeness and cooked with just the right amount of pure cane sugar, letting the blueberry flavor pop. By cooking small batches, we create preserves that can be eaten straight out of the jar, heated and poured over ice cream, waffles, or pancakes.
HOT PEPPER JELLY
It’s hot and it’s sweet! Hot pepper jelly is an old-fashioned favorite that gives any meal added flair. Enjoy with steak, fish, pork, chicken or dollop on cheese. Serve as a dip either straight out of the jar, or, mix with equal parts cream cheese and serve alongside veggies, potato chips, tortillas, pita bread, pretzels, or crackers.
